I love living here! We have lived here almost 3 years. They are actively beautifying and updating our neighborhood. The pools are wonderful and you can be as busy and involved as you like. I feel safe and love my home here.
I am a retired disabled military veteran that moved into this community 2 months ago...huge regret! I do not recommend considering this community at all! The HOA here is expensive and absolutely ridiculous to deal with. They have very aged ideas of what a community should look like and very hypocritical about how they pick and choose what infractions to act on. The HOA is rude, inconsiderate and allows people to post derogatory comments on their community HOA page supporting antisemitism. This is not a community you would want to purchase a home in, especially if you have any expectations of privacy as others will photograph and film your property, or file complaints to get the HOA to issue fines against you for things that they view as "violations" which are not outlined in their covenants and restrictions documents, costing you hundreds or thousands of dollars to fight to prevent... read more
