BLACK AGENCY CAREGIVERS BEWARE!!! Elisabeth, a staff caregiver, refused to assist or communicate with me regarding patient care. Though the day shift medtech was kind enough to let me know where basic supplies were. The residents were a pleasure to care for. However, from 5 pm til 10 pm, things got worse for me. I received constant attitudes from staff and agency caregivers. I was often referred to "Hey you" or "that boy" and was often ignored when I called out for assistance on the walkie for resident care. My mom was there they never listened to her.she complained she was in pain constantly the director of nursing just told my wife that people her age fixate on there bowels it took for her blood pressure to drop to 40/20 for them to take her to hospital she died there don't ever let your loved ones go there for nothing.. they are just pleasing the share holders it is my opinion that they keep people around just to bleed them dry ..there under staffed CNAs always quitting took 1 to 2 hrs just to get her changed it's wrong and t... read more
