Our experience with my mother has been superlative. Small and intimate - wonderful for someone with declining memory problems. Staff is attentive and patient. She has a spacious private room with bathroom. The facility is lovely, well decorated, and immaculately clean. The residents dress for meals (voluntarily), even breakfast - something we had trouble accomplishing at home. She is treated with dignity, well fed, and enjoys her activities.
