My friend lived happily at Brookdale Florence. It is a very homey and comfortable environment. He was reluctant to go into assisted living, but really needed the care. While there he made great friends and was very happy. He would walk around the path of the attached scenic park. He always said he enjoyed the food. He participated in the activities and events. He adjusted quickly and was pleasantly surprised by how happy he was living in a facility. Thumbs up to all who cared for him and made him feel at home.

My family and I could not be happier with the care my father receives from every member of the team at Brookdale Ennis. The staff make the residents feel at home. The team genuinely cares about each resident. They go to great lengths to make sure your loved ones have the tailored care needed. We could not have picked a better place for my father. Thank you to all of the members of the team at Brookdale Ennis.

Very disappointed in this facility. Multiple attempts to obtain records from manager and social worker. Neither are responding to request. Putting my father’s recovery in serious jeopardy. Shameful

Be very careful of this facility. They are a corporation and will cut corners to make a profit at every opportunity. They are currently charging my mother for the highest level of service even though she was in the hospital and receiving no services. I paid for the regular level of services (even though she was not there) and they sent me to collections. As the concerned child of a resident, I cannot express my disappointment enough. The experiences we have faced have been nothing short of a nightmare. My loved one was recently discharged from Robin Run's Healthcare Center.. First I will say their Therapy staff were outstanding and the Staff at receptionist desk were very friendly and always had a welcoming smile. On several occasions when I visited my family member the hallways had bad odor, the Staff nevered greeted you. In dining room the Staff didn't always speak with Residents with dignity. Finally, my love one's discharge was very messy and no one returned my calls. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

Very poor place to go for rehabo. Today they had no orders from my doctor nor the hospital. They had no orders for anything. I just had back surgery and couldn't hardly understand the Vietnamese lady that was taken care of me tonight along with no pain medication. No orders from the doctor and they were sent over there before I arrived. This place is terrible to do rehab in. Also they knew I had back surgery. I had no walker, no crutches. Virtually criminal neglect, and I can say after a year of my mother living there, you will need to be very vigilant and insistent if you want you or a loved one to get adequate care. Horribly expensive, but they insist on expecting far too much from the few staff they are willing to hire; my heart goes out to the residents and staff alike.
