Heaven goes beyond the call of duty. She is the best in her field never been treated better very professionally and knowledgeable and gracious does everything with a smile and peaceful spirit she is definitely a class act
My mom moved into Independent Living in 2018, and over the years she was in Assisted Living, and eventually Skilled Care, so I’ve seen a lot of staff and administrative changes. My Husband recently had a knee replacement and needed a good rehab center. I toured Resort of Augsburg to see if they were a good match for my husband’s situation . I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. I was very skeptical because of the reviews. What I will say to that is everyone’s experience is different.
