Resorts of Augsburg was a lifesaver when we needed rehab care fast. Every department worked together to give my loved one outstanding treatment. Truly grateful for their care and dedication.
I would give this facility a zero stars if I could. My mother was a resident in this facility for 1 month in that 1 month was like hell for her. I had to speak with the directors and supervisor's on several occasions about my mother's care with them assuring things would be better. My mother had bed wounds on her and when entering Augsburg they were getting better until here. I had to continously tell the staff about keeping her clean about giving her medicine on time. Terrible facility . Treat their own staff like pure crap . Pretend to care for staff only because the state has been here for a week . The DON talks to her staff like they’re trash or less than her . She doesn’t respect staff at all . They don’t care if you’re dying on your death bed , they want you to still come and work . Administration doesn’t even know people’s names. Doesn’t address you . He walks around talking and texting on the phone . Do not work here . They deny people PTO .
Don’t come here , bookie is horrible the “DON” they are all messy and these people are getting paid to do nice reviews as they all COMPLAIN , they let the patients fall and don’t help and all cover for eachother , they talk in their languages and continue to be ignorant PLEASE KEEP YOUR PEOPLE AT HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
