About this business

The Village is an assisted living project, providing a much-needed community for seniors to age in place. It features three homes under one long roof, two for assisted living, and one for memory care. The Village is part of the Mustard Seed Project — designed to enhance the lives of elders, their families, and the entire Key Peninsula community. Using the Green House Project (R) model, life at the Village focuses on three principles: a Meaningful Life ; a Real Home; and an Empowered Staff.

From the day the doors opened and through today The Mustard Seed Village has been a safe place for our elders to age safely in a home setting on the Key Peninsula. I am proud to be a member of this community that helped to make sure The Village became a reality. May the doors remain open for many years to come!

As a Key Peninsula resident for the past forty-eight years, I am extremely pleased to see an option to stay in the community in The Village. Based on the Greenhouse model it offers a family and caring environment. The staff are trained in a way to create a culture of caring. Everyone I have met there are very happy.
