We flew in from Vancouver for a Drumeo production shoot in Deerfield Beach. The morning of, one of our ATEM Mini Extremes failed, and Laura came through without hesitation. She picked up our call at 9:00 AM, had her switcher on-site within two hours, and made it happen on zero notice. Without that piece of gear, we wouldn’t have been able to monitor and route video the way the shoot required. Laura saved the day, plain and simple.
