Very professional and caring
Dr Koffas was fantastic, as always. He's knowledgeable, caring and he explains everything to you. He lets you remain with your dog during the ultrasound. As he's doing the ultrasound, he's explaining everything to you. This is so important, as I've done an ultrasound, had to leave my dog there alone, and the report came with another dog's name, reason why is better to pay more but have a report that you know it's consisted with the ultrasound. His report has been sent to me the day after the ultrasound, which was also great.... read more
I want to express my gratefulness to this clinic for such amazing pet care and customer service. They were very patient with our dog Bonnie and gave her all the care she needed including the little details. The previous clinic that we took our dog to told us to put her down, however when we transferred her to this veterinary clinic they treated her and said that she will be fine!
