Excellent facility with great staff!
My mom became a resident of The Vero when it first opened 2 years ago. I was very happy with the environment and the staff was very friendly. They knew, and still know, every resident by name. The staff even gets to know the names of the family members, if the family member visits often. There is staff turnover but that's to be expected. The food is good, there are plenty of in-house fun activities, plenty of trips to lunch, shopping, restaurants. All in all, I highly recommend The Vero.
Beautiful place.
On a whole, the Vero is an attractive facility and for the most part, they try to keep the residents safe, healthy and entertained. There are always a few bad apples that will bring things down and unfortunately, they seem to be at the top. One can see immediately through the smiles that they are not genuine.
