I ordered one of their over priced low quality shirts. I found a few reviews online that were positive. I suspect now that these were reviews left on outside sites by the company itself, because there are no reviews on their actual site. There's not even an option to be able to leave a review after purchase. The flannel I ordered was Paper thin. Who wants a lightweight flannel? That kind of defeats the purpose of flannel. Terrible customer service. Always try to support local. I went to exchange a Christmas gift tags on and receipt in hand. The only option was to put the purchase back on the original payment method. I was then told I had to pay for the purchase, for an even exchange? Nothing like buying your own Christmas gift unexpectedly. Very disappointed
Have had my Vermont Flannel Co. blanket for many many years now and its still in excellent condition while being one of the blankets I grab first especially during the colder months to get cozy with a book on the couch. Love the quality!
Always found what I wanted. Staff very helpful.
