Update: it was ALL a charade to hire him! Josh represented me in a discrimination and retaliation case up until the moment he didn't. When I asked him to do something as my representative. (Make a Counter offer; which was one of my options he gave me to begin with) then he suddenly, without warning or notice, released me from his representation.
