Frank was supposed to be helping me in a custody case concerning my daughter. He dropped the ball several times and then asked for a VERY large sum of money for a trail retainer in order to back out of the case. His actions hurt my chances to retain 50/50 custody of my child and I had to seek new council. He has very questionable morals and I personally would avoid him.
