Great experience with Maria. She gave me a thorough neck and shoulder treatment that eased my tension. She warned me to drink lots of water afterwards because my body was going to be healing. I did, but when I tell you the next day I could feel it, I could feel it! Maria was honest up front about myofascia release and how it's truly only effective if you follow a treatment plan. I couldn't commit right now but when I'm able to - I will be going back to her.

I received a fascia release massage from Maria, and it was incredible. My back is so much more open then upon my arrival. I have been feeling tension within my back for the last couple of months and it’s only so much stretching that was helping. During my massage I felt the knots release and now I feel so much more open.
