I just finished my first session at Velvet Lotus and Maria was amazing. She took the time to explain to me what a myofascial release treatment was and how it will help with my extreme right hips and back. I feel like I have new hips and legs. I didn’t think it was possible but OMG!! We have a plan to heal the parts of me that need it and I can’t wait to go on this journey!!!! Thank you so much Maria!!!!
