Jack is great! Set up my road bike for a Ironman! Someday I will by a tri bike from Jack.
Jack is fantastic to do business with. He's meticulous in assuring your bike is fitted to you and takes everything into account, age, riding style, etc. My only regret is I didn't have Jack fit me sooner. Great service, never felt rushed and he's a wealth of knowledge.
Couldn't be happier with Jack, his fitting and service. I've been riding my road bike for 18 years without a proper fit. Had some fitting misfires at two local shops and a high end fit place 18, 10 and 2 years ago! Found Jack and he changed my riding in many positive ways - almost like having a new bike. Great resource. The knowledge alone that Jack shared was worth the price of the fitting. Parts, knowledge, and a willingness to improve the sport for everyone. I can not recommend enough.
