Thank you Vince and Linus for always taking the time with a novice rider such as myself, and patiently explaining everything. Vince dedicated the time to adjust my seat and try varying lengths of stems to find the best setting for me. I truly appreciate everyone's help everytime I come here. Do not come to this place. Over priced as well as rude customer service I would give it a 0.5 star if I could.
Very well stocked store and super helpful. Helped me out with a bolt I needed and didn't charge me.

About a year ago, we learned about the Velo Love Bike Shop, and over the past several months we have taken our trikes in for repairs and maintenance. My wife and I bought our bikes thanks to Linus. He is very professional and patient. We went 3 times and each single time Linus answered all our questions and gave us some good advice. I also check prices around and prices are very competitive.
