I visited the Velo House for the first time last Saturday, thanks to their generous support of the Cleveland Triathlon Club (I won a gift card) and was very impressed by the level of technical expertise as well as the customer service! We talked cycling and as I chatted with Michael, I observed his team of experts as they worked on various bicycles and interacted with other customers. It's rare to find a business like this these days. These guys are awesome and they know their stuff. The owner stayed late after hours on his birthday to help his customers. I left super happy! Bike fit, new parts, computer, bars, and more. He had better quality than you find online and his prices were in some cases even better than Amazon. He threw me a sweet deal on an expensive Garmin computer and installed it!!! Will be back to fit my wife for a bike. Good people there. I Love this bike shop! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. My bike repair was done in no time. And they had donuts on the Friday I came to pick it up. What more could you ask for? :)

Don’t waste your time going to any other bicycle shop, and believe me, I’ve been to many different ones over the years. The level of knowledge, the attention to detail, the willingness to search for unique components or parts as needed, and the overall friendliness of the owner and staff is second to none. Michael has expertise that goes beyond what you'll find in most local bike shops. He's worked for many of the manufacturers, and he brings that knowledge to help his clients make the best decisions for their riding. He changed out my fork, my large chain ring, and recommended a Deda wheelset for road riding. These changes to my bike brought a significant weight reduction and performance improvement.
