Great if you want high conflict, settle at all costs mediation. Some of the information was never even relayed to the other party. Sam’s goal is to get a signed settlement and he will say whatever he needs to say to get that. He maintains a spreadsheet of the financials that he will not share with you during the process. Attorney, Samuel W. Veenstra, who had previously been "reprimanded" by the Texas State Bar. I had no previous knowledge of this reprimand.
