DO NOT TRUST!! Bought scooter online from them which had a part that was not machined properly. They told my wife to take it to a local professional who examined and confirmed the problem. The Vault told her to do something not advised in the manual and because she didn't, they would not refund her no where near the full amount. Bought same scooter on Amazon. Not worth the hassle trying to help out this small business that's not worth helping. You will pay for it in the pocket.
