I have been on hold for a total of over 2 hours today waiting to talk to someone from customer service. I have a lot of money invested in this company, so this is scary to me. I give these people money and they are impossible to contact.

Use to be good place to work.. now lot of differentiation if you are a contractor. Example: You won’t get proper desk if you are a contractor. You will just get table and chair to sit no drawer no white board no proper head set. Never seen this kind of treatment. Very disappointed
