Horrible and needs to be disbarred by state of Texas
I hired Mr. Van Dyke to represent me in a felony Aggregated Assault with a Deadly Weapon charge. Long story short, I am a licensed concealed to carry holder in the state of Texas and I was forced to use my weapon in defense of my life in Feb of 2012. When the police were called, I was arrested since I was the one that had the gun. Mr. Van Dyke never gave me any assurances, but his legal skills were paramount in my case.
