Overall a great selection of items. But recently a few items we’ve purchased are broken/missing parts and we don’t find out until we get home, which then requires another trip out. They say they check to make sure everything is in working order, but it doesn’t appear that anything in a box is checked for all parts/materials. The team is nice though and helpful. The points system is nice too. But if you get something in a box, check before you leave to make sure it works/isn’t broken/has all the parts. They do give us a refun... read more

The Valley overstock is an amazing asset to our community! We have gotten so many great deals for our family on things we would normally get elsewhere. Aaron is a great and hard-working, businessman and community member. We love what he’s doing and we hope he sticks around for a very long time
