Dont send your loved one here unless you want them neglected and practically starved to death. Care is not a priority at this facility.. staff are extremely negligent, so if you love your special person this is probably the worst home to send them off to!
wouldn't let this dump " look after my dead dogs ashes"!!!
Kicked my father out because he needed them to care for him but they didn’t want to. To hard. Here they cherry pick there residents. Poor, mostly no communication to family. I give them one star because I did meet 1 good carer there. Ofc this is the place 2019 they served bake beans to residents gor xmas so can’t expect to much!
My dad was treated like rubbish & their over all care was really bad & everyone i speak to about this place tells me the same story... they cant even refund money they took from my parents for medication that was on the free list... discusting customer service...
Seriously! Does anyone answer the GODDAM PHONE in this place? Too bad if it was a matter of life or death!
