This place is great! I've taken two older vacuums here for service. They're now like brand new. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

AVIOD THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. RIPOFF. LABOR WAS AROUND $1200 PER HOUR. My pup chewed the end off of the plug, so I bought a new PLUG at lowes, but wasn't certain of how, exactly to attach the wires. I dropped off the vacuum with the new plug. The guy placed the wires in the right location and then charged over $75!!!!! That's a hell of a mark up for a five minute job. I could have bought a brand new vacuum. Called and had questions about repairing my vaccum. He told me the repair was not worth the cost in this particular case. Refreshing honesty to have a repair shop not just take things in to fix and charge an arm and a leg. The owner was honest and kind and did not rush me in any way. Thank you so much!
Awesome place to purchase quality vacuums! Can’t recommend Sebo and Simplicity enough. Mine are still going strong after years of use with only bag and belt changes needed.
