This place is a joke. The hours of operation is from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. Why is 1pm and no one is in the office. What kind of establishment are you running? Hours of operation are optional. I know people are lazy but this ridiculous. You go to work not to work. Service is unbelievable and this whole program should be shut down immediately if professionalism and helping the people is not the #1 priority!
This office has the kindest, most caring and definitely the most informative people I have ever had the pleasure to talk with and have every question I had answered along with the information I was in need of to help me with my (urgent) issues! I am very grateful for everyone in this office! "When you show kindness you will receive kindness"
Online Online says this office is open but they won't answer phones and my home is water logged I rent thru section 8 Thisss really sad
