Went into the shop after I did my gel nails next door. The sales lady was on the phone. I thought I wud just browse through the beautiful gifts. When I came to the Sabem handbags, I needed her help to get a bag displayed on top shelf. I couldn’t reach it. I looked at her & she was still chatting with no eyes contact. I waited for about few minutes still no response from her. Oh well, is this her retail attitude then she just lost a customer!
Beautiful shop with great service, I was in need of pair of socks and the lady who served us not only helped me immediately but had friendly chat that definitely put smile on our faces.
