Every penny seems invested in the aesthetic only and nothing else, certainly not service. This place never should have received capital without a solid business plan or management. They lost estheticians, staff, and numerous clients because of this. There are kinks to work out with any new business but I’m not shocked they didn’t last. Made an appointment online. Showed up and no one is here. Should have read the other review here first saying the same thing. I checked with the pet salon next door and they haven't seen anyone in over a month.
made an appointment for 10:00 today, got there and the lights were off and doors were locked. i waited 25 minutes. phone number was not going through. i used personal time off work for this appointment. should have to stayed at work. waste of time. got my hopes up for no reason. total disappointment. i’ll give my gift card to someone else
This place belongs in LA. Amazing. Beautiful. Organic. Clean. Too classy. Online booking. Just all around top shelf. And it's a locally owned small business.
It is beautifully decorated! And the workers are great!
