I had a frustrating warrantee experience over roughly 4 months, primarily due to communication issues. There were multiple instances where calls and emails went unanswered, making it difficult to track the status of the repair. Paul and the team were very professional and helpful with selecting blinds that fit my home, from fabric selection and technical options to install and adjustments, the team was great. Since the initial installation I have already ordered more blinds from Urban Settler.
We did the "full meal deal" with Urban Settler, encompassing interior design and outfitting of our new home in Fernie. Lots of decisions, lots of pieces of furniture, and after two years of living in the home we wouldn't change anything. After taking possession of the home, realizing that our blow up mattress had a slow leak, the emergency bed and mattress delivery at very short notice during frigid temperatures was very much appreciated.
