I honestly can’t thank the team enough! I came in with a really sore back - the kind where you think there’s no way it’ll feel normal anytime soon, but Britany worked absolute wonders. After just one session, the pain was eased to a level I didn't think was possible. Britany was professional, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the session. The whole clinic at Urban Physio is warm and welcoming, communication is excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Highly highly recommend.

I didn't enjoy my session here at all. Physio asked me very personal questions in regards to my race, nationality and status in New Zealand. It was very deliberately selected questions given the apparent fact that she and I were different ethnicities. She even asked me with the sense of superiority with the assumption that a NZ passport would be more valuable than my country of origin. I was struggling with back pain. Urban Physiotherapy Clinic helped me find relief. and the exercises they taught me have made a huge difference. I visited to several physiotherapy clinics, but Urban Physiotherapy Clinic is the best. I have seen significant improvement in my condition thanks to their expertise.

I had a very positive experience from Rohan and the team at Urban Physio. I had issues with my right leg, and it didn't take long for Rohan to identify the issue and set up a plan. Happy to report after several weeks I had a clear improvement and now my pains are a distant memory! Overall excellent, friendly staff also took the time build customer relationships, and communications spot on. Thank you, A+ :)
