So I took in my bike for a tune up and to replace the chain. When they brought it back out I told them that was the wrong bike. This one was brand new. Then I looked closer. My condo bike registration sticker was right where I left it. Holy cow I was in awe. I couldnt believe it was the same bike. What a job he did! Bringing my girlfriends bike in next week!

Stopped in to see if I could trade in my son’s ebike. Was told they DO NOT TAKE E-BIKES. I did a bunch of research and this place was the 1st one that comes up as doing trade ins but not for e-bikes so I basically just wasted my time. Please add to your site that you DO NOT TAKE E-BIKES. BIt of misrepresentation and a wasted trip for me.

Terrible…..I just needed AIR. I had already set the wheel on the rim and sealant applied. All I needed was air. I asked for air. She took my wheel to the back…Comes back, “that would be $5”. No bike shop has ever charged me for air…I don’t think any decent bike shop would charge for air. Best of all, after I’m charged for the $5 and I questioned her… she says “You should have asked for the hose, and inflate it your self” Which btw I intended to use the FREE air hose, but there was no hose Haha

I brought my scooter in for brake repairs (Ticket #4635). Just over one month after the service, the brakes completely failed. This is not normal wear and tear—especially considering the scooter is now in worse condition than before the repair. I contacted the shop expecting them to honor their own policy of standing behind the quality of their work.
