Tracy, the owner, is nothing less than a wizard! The things she does are pure magic, and I can easily understand why this place is called “The Alchemist” 🪄✨ I have a chronic lower back pain for years, and I feel so much better now after receiving Tracy’s amazing treatment. From the moment I stepped into this beautiful clinic, I felt I’m in good hands. Highly recommended! 🙌🏾
The best place! A safe space to come in whatever state I am in. I’ve been held when moving through rough times but I’ve also had times where I can’t stop laughing. I’ve had multiple treatments from here and all the practitioners have next level. The best of the best work here. It’s been a challenging time moving to Melbourne but this place is so welcoming. If you’re thinking about booking in for a treatment, just do it!
I saw Tracey for chiropractic support at The Urban Alchemist and had a really positive experience. She was caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was going through. Tracey also recommended a follow-up with myotherapy, which I really appreciated as it showed how thorough she is in her approach. Anthony is a great myotherapist and I’ve been a regular client since my first session in July. However, I had a terrible experience at the front desk from Tracy on Saturday 6 Sept. I was waiting to ask if it would be ok to leave my bicycle somewhere safe (provided it was convenient) because all the nearby racks/hoops were already in use.
