Upstate Bank is reliable, ethical and closley held. Debit card fraud can happen at any bank at any time. Be alert and watch transactions. The people at this banking institution are always working in the best interest of the customer.
I would never recommend this bank to anyone. My debit card was recently compromised and the Upstate Bank treated me like it was all my fault. I always thought banks protected you from fraudulent charges... not this bank. I have been a member since 2001, 17 years, but now I bank at Seacomm. They treat you with so much respect, especially when they found out I was a veteran. It has been 14 days and I am still waiting for my money back. I am so glad to be done with this place.
