Friendly Staff!! My go to UPS
First, let me say that the lady who helped me was wonderful and very pleasant, but they charged me $25 to ship a 2 lb package. That's just highway robbery. I am totally going to boycott UPS and the post office as much as possible. I can't even begin to imagine how they will hike up prices when the holidays come send gift cards instead of packages. Parth, the owner, asked for $3 to print a free Amazon label after refusing to accept the printed label I brought on a return. Overtly rude, uncaring, non interested person that I would hope anyone reading this would avoid. Even when this may appear to be the only local option, it’s worth driving up Little Rd to the USPS store or to another UPS franchise location to avoid Parth and his new ownership group. Sad to see a formerly great local business that sold out to a new owner who doesn’t see the value in customer care
On Saturday they close at 5:00. I got there at 4:58. They had closed down and locked the door. There were two people behind the counter that ignored me. A polite sorry we closed early, or some type of recognition might have been nice.
