A representative, a young lady with long black hair who is of Indian descent( I don’t know her name) at the UPS store on Little Rd in Trinity, FL is very helpful, quick to answer any questions and resolve situations and always has a smile on her face. She’s wonderful.
I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! I was going through a very stressful process, and the gentleman (Parth) who helped me was absolutely amazing. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, making what felt overwhelming so much easier.
