What a scam! $0.55 per black and white print out. Everything online indicates the cost would be $0.10-$0.20 er black and white print out. Even the surrounding stores are under $0.20 per page (learned that afterwards bc i was shocked at the price for printing out a few emails). This store owner has some audacity to charge that much for printing.

Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday as we specifically requested and paid a high fee for. I was reassured that if I let the package be delivered late and then submitted a claim to UPS that I would be refunded. Associate at the store turned me away saying we do not make guarantees and you lost your money as soon as we printed the label. If that’s the case, then we should be advised that 2 day air can take up to 4 days to be delivered. And also we should not be given the poor advice to follow through with the process... read more
