I dropped off my Amazon return at the UPS Store in Trinity on Sunday, July 19, because they were open and I wanted to take care of the return as quickly as possible. I didn't use the return kiosk, but actually had an employee scan my return. By Thursday, July 23, Amazon’s tracking still showed that the package had not been received by UPS. Everyone is so nice at this ups store. I like that ups hires young adults. The wait is never long

Open on time! A line already forming outside the door. Employees opened the doors at 9:32 on a Saturday morning and just began turning on equipment when we walked in the door so had to wait even longer. They should be fully ready for a 9:30am open ready to help serve customers.
A representative, a young lady with long black hair who is of Indian descent( I don’t know her name) at the UPS store on Little Rd in Trinity, FL is very helpful, quick to answer any questions and resolve situations and always has a smile on her face. She’s wonderful.
