Went to drop something off. Google said they were open. Sign on the door said closed from 12-2. Wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't had to drive 20 min to get there because there is no closer UPS store
This UPS charges to tape your boxes even when your a customer they has a PO Box and is loyal. They traded a several hundred dollar customer for $2.09. As a business owner myself nickel and dime your good customers and we just go elsewhere. Closed the PO Box and will take my business to a UPS store that appreciates it. Avoid this location.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Kailua UPS Store team. I run a small business, so sometimes packages get shipped to my business name, sometimes to my personal name, and sometimes my ID/address don’t match perfectly (my organization skills: 0, UPS Store patience: 10,000).
