I operate a small business. I was expecting two international shipments today. I had them delivered to the store as when UPS delivers they usually just drive by and not leave my orders. I received a email notification that my order was in and ready for pick up. I borrowed a truck and drove over to find a notice on the door that they were closed. Kailua UPS store has super friendly & knowledgeable staff. It is conveniently located and has adequate parking. It's my 'go-to' place for copying and other office services. Mahalo!
