I have nothing but good things to say about the Kailua UPS Store team. I run a small business, so sometimes packages get shipped to my business name, sometimes to my personal name, and sometimes my ID/address don’t match perfectly (my organization skills: 0, UPS Store patience: 10,000). Friendly service, but not good at answering the phone.
Screw this place. They charged 2.50 to print a return label and wanted another 2 dollars for tape to close the box. What a rip off.

Went in to buy a poster for a friend's party with no idea what to ask for or how to order. Nicole was the best, she helped me thru the entire order and I was able to get everything I needed with ease because of her. If I ever need a poster or print out again, I'll be coming back because of her. Thanks Nicole!
