Visiting California: Shipped my luggage back to the East from ,The UPS store . The staff were amazing my luggage arrived with no issue. Definitely recommend this store.
Today I encountered what people on Reddit call Amazombies. I was appalled how rude someone can be. Read your instructions people. It's clear YOU THE CUSTOMER.... have your package boxes and taped and drop off. Not treat the the employees badly. Funny thing is you have time to leave a bad review but you don't have time to read instructions..
Normally, great service, when it's not Stephanie working. I come in frequently to do Amazon return drop offs. My latest experience was that I went in to drop off a UPS package (that was for Amazon) that I had boxed up. I did not put tape on, thinking maybe they might need to check what was in the box. Stephanie told me it has to be taped. I asked her if she could just throw one piece of tape on it. She said no, she'd have to charge me for the tape.
