Over the last 10 years, I’ve been coming to the UPS stores. I know they used to be mailboxes etc . This is the first time and all those years. Has someone like Kathy customer service taking the time to explain everything to me!! Bless her!!
Kathy went out of her way to help me today at the self serve kiosk for an Amazon return. She was so patient and understanding. Kathy made my day !
