On Saturday July 5th I arrived at the store at 3:03pm with a heavy package and the doors were locked. Their website says they are open till 4pm but they aren’t. Update your website to your actual hours so people don’t drive all the way out there. If you close at 3pm on Saturdays put that on your website.
Long wait, every time. Nothing wrong with the employees, but people show up unprepared, asking them to do everything and the line just stacks up. What's the point of pre-paying and printing label at home if I still need to stand in line. I was dropping off packages next to the counter because I didn't need a receipt. That worked until a package got lost or somehow stolen. Went to Glen Burnie instead, no wait, new facility.
On Sunday, May 18, I arrived at this UPS Store right at or just before 4 PM, just as they were closing. The door was already locked. Inside, a Black male employee (thin build) was still helping a customer. I had a prepaid package that only needed to be scanned and set aside. I have used this location so many times and there is one woman who is so cheerful and friendly and extremely helpful. She works a lot and gives it all she has.
