Unfortunately the self scan for Amazon returns always has about 3 people that stand there looking dased and confused or take 10 minutes to return 3 packages. Would be nice if the clerk behind the desk would have offered to help when he had no customers. Instead I stood in line behind a lady that took her sweet time even with a line behind her. It's not that difficult to have all of this figured out and bar codes ready when you walk in so that other people don't have to wait 10 minutes to quickly scan in 1 package.

Went to drop off an Amazon return... simple, right? They were closing the store for a half an hour today (7/19/25) at 1:50pm. The door was open and I was stopped in the lobby and told to leave for the aforementioned reason. I said I didn't need any shipping service of any kind, I just wanted to drop an amazon return (was boxed, taped, and even had a hard-copy of my QR code on the box for your store's convenience). I went there to drop off a return to Amazon I had one customer in front of me After some minutes we didn’t see the clerk when I called the clerk he a moment and still didn’t come to the front I called him again finally he showed up and yelling at me when I told him to get off his phone he told me to get out he didn’t want my business That’s how your (owner) business works never had this problem before Either train better that he knows the customer is paying his paycheck or get a better clerk
