Spoke with Joe and that is a real stand up guy! He was very polite, allowed me to ask a bunch of questions about my package, he gave me an expectation flow and explained everything to me!! He's very patient and thorough. He gave me a lot of reassurance. Definitely recommend this place!
Every single UPS store in the country is getting a 1 star review from me because 1) you were supposed to notify me that my $500+ delivery package was being sent to me today, which I pressed save changes in my account and you did not notify me and 2) your customer service is HORRIFIC because I can't freaking get an actual person on the phone no matter which phone number I call. The heck that I am ever using UPS ever again; what rubbish
After I went to the store to send out a return item to Amazon, a customer service representative from the UPS store refused my service because I asked him why he's not saying hi after I approach him with nice gesture saying what's up my friend he looked at me very mean and unwelcoming and told me he's not going to serve me because you don't have to.
