Not sure who the new owners are but the fat white girl with the glasses needs to do her job! Each time I wait in line to bring an already labeled packed in, she quickly snaps "you know there's a machine that you can return this package at...yada yada" My reply "I don't work here". Inserted a regular basic white envelope in a small basic bubble wrap going to Maui and UPS on Victory bl and Coldwater wanted to charge me $174.00 to mail. I thought that was a mistake, asked clerk again and yes, it was $174.00. Went to the post office next day because they close at 3:00 on Bellingham and Victory Bl, they charged me $8.00. To help you with your email to get a barcode, went up from .25 to $2.00 to $5.00. To save money, learn to do this yourself. I’ve had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store when shipping packages. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I have questions about selecting the right package size for my items. The shipping process is smooth and efficient, and I really appreciate their patience and professionalism. I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location for all my future shipping needs!
It's been about a year since I've used the UPS Store because of the lousy customer service. Went in today...should have continued using Send it Packing Plus. The customer service at the UPS Store is horrible!

Regarding the UPS office in Fairwood: I thought I had noticed inflated pricing since this office changed hands a few months ago. Today I was mailing one pair of earrings to California and she quoted me a $28 price using UPS and a $22 price using USPS. I drove down to the post office who mailed them for $5 and change. I’ve used this UPS office for 22 years but now I did not trust it anymore and will simply wait in line at the post office in future.
I was driving to the Amelia store on December 23 near closing time. I was 2 miles from the store at 6:53 and they close at 7. I called the store to let them know I was on my way and would be there right at 7 and asked to ensure someone would be available. The unenthused guy who answered the phone was quick to say that without any customers in the last 30 minutes, his manager instructed him to "close the store right at 7 because of Christmas tomorrow".
