Absolutely a terrible experience at this location. The manager/owner was completely unwilling to help when I needed assistance shipping to Canada. She indicated she was too busy and I needed to contact UPS corporate. Rude and disrespectful, I cannot believe UPS wants people like this representing their company. Next time, I'll drive to out of my way to go to another store.
