I was helped very professionaly and quick . On top of their game .
Paid for UPS Next Day Air with $500 insurance, but my package arrived 9 days late. Missed my passport renewal and had to resend everything at my own cost. No refund, no clear answers, and zero accountability. Very disappointing service.
Avoid going to this location, it's worth going to Kearney or Lincoln. My package went missing at GI. I tried to contact the manager leaving my name and number and she never called me back. Then she answered the phone and hung up on me. Worst UPS Store!
Closed again on a Monday afternoon. They don't have regular business hours. This is the forth time this year it's closed during normal business hours. Several packages this year have sat in the store for days before actually shipping out. Update: months later and they're still not shipping all packages the day they're received. Some packages never leave the building it seems. Flea markets are managed better than this dump. Update 2A-1374: And again not shipping packages the day they're dropped off by 5PM. Again: And again.
Three of waiting for UPS to open at 8am. Just a normal day here at this UPS.
