Run by unprofessional teenagers would can’t be bothered to show up to work on time. I’ve come several times about 15 mins after they “open” and no one is still there and then after waiting around they will pull and lazily walk in and open up. Any manager would have fired them by now.
Their printer didn't work and we were sent to another store to get a shipping label. And we had to pay $5 for the label to ship with UPS Grand Island Nebraska
The store was pretty busy today. The service was very good, they said that the store is under the new ownership, and next week we will see significant changes. Let’s see how different the store will be in a couple of weeks.
I met the new owner yesterday, and I’ve gotta say—it is such a breath of fresh air to finally have someone who truly cares about this store. He was right there training his team, helping customers, and you could just tell he really enjoys what he does. He told me to give them another try in a couple of weeks, and honestly, I’m already impressed.
Here at 9am from out of town. No one here, door locked. Extremely dissapointed.
