I took 2 Amazon returns to UPS Store Grand Island Nebraska this morning along with all required documentation taped to the packages as required. I came from Hastings Nebraska. Employee advised their Wi-fi was down and wanted me to make a 2nd trip. I thought that was a little out of place. Today we got credit on both of them. Thanks William Wolfe
Brought in Amazon return over 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been sent out and when I went to store again and asked one of the employees said not responsible for theft. And was rude.. so did they steal my return? They had bins stocked up so high filled with returns and said that's not important to them..
