I came here about 7 months ago for a helix piercing. Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience when I returned to have the jewelry removed because the flat back had been screwed on so tightly that I couldn’t remove it myself. The person helping me was extremely rude and spoke to me in a belittling and condescending way.
