We had an awful experience!! brought our cushions in January 4 months later they still weren’t started but Earl kept our $1000 deposit Go to Paula at muskoka upholstery she was amazing!

Messaged multiple times with an upolstery project I need done. Never responded. If you're not interested, you can still respond and just say that. Frustrating.
We had ordered a bench cushion to be made. The fabric was picked out, the measurements were given and we were told it would be done by the end of the next week. 3 months later, the job has not been started. He keeps telling us to come back in two more days. Repeatedly, nothing is done and nothing started. The last time my wife went in and he was rude and walked away from her. Not a reputable business.
