Extremely disorganized. No attention to detail. I had two chairs upholstered in the same fabric, one at a time. The whole process from beginning to its sad end took months and months. The pattern on the first chair is horizontal. On the second chair it is vertical. They look ridiculous. Why wouldn't they keep notes, or get confirmation? The fabric on the first chair is not tight at all. The second chair was not finished when called to pick it up. It had to be taken in again.
