We recently had a sofa and matching chair upholstered at “The Upholstery Shop” in downtown Brockville. Both items were purchased at “DeBoers” in Ottawa around 2007 , were of very good quality but obviously needed new upholstery. We had heard great things about Mr. Makridakis and the quality of his work. We expected the job to take at least a week but it was completed in about three days .We highly recommend this European craftsman since the quality of his work is truly outstanding!! I highly recommend The upholstery Shop. Paul is an artist. We wanted to keep our 6 dining room chairs and Paul managed to make them more comfortable and more beautiful than before. Not only that but he did all 6 chairs within less than 2 weeks using leather (not vinyl) and firmer foam.
