She's very busy for a reason, but it's worth the wait. She's detailed oriented, artistic, and very careful, including caring about the specific project. My vintage loveseat is beautiful it's a work of art that's going to complement the English Cottage interior. You can see how artfully she matched the floral pattern throughout my loveseat. Took couch first week of Aug.We can't get an answer on phone or answer at their door. Numerous messages left no response. Terrible
