Lisa is in the reception area on the second floor transplant area, she is very nice and professional this make’s me feel better even when I’m really sick. She’s awesome !
Not impressed with the staff! My niece has been a patient and she has not had good care!
One of the employees in the surgery waiting room told my brother to get off the phone?!? His phone wasn’t on speaker and he wasn’t being loud. Very weird for an employee to tell someone to get off their phone? There are no signs in the waiting room that says no phone use. Everyone else in the waiting room were having their own conversations, not even paying attention to my brother. There is another review stating the same interaction. The waiting room is a public space, we are allowed to talk on our phone. So weird! Please t... read more
I had a transplant in September and I'm very unhappy They don't listen to you they think they know your body better than you also they like to do unnecessary biopsy instead of blood work if I could do it all over again I would have gone elsewhere
