UMCU has always been good to me but after being made felt uncomfortable and being accused of fraud like activity I no longer feel comfortable with this location. Asking questions that are personal, the blond lady working April 4th, 2025 around 2pm was very rude. Why was a hold put on my card for the first time ever after depositing a check. She made it seem like my government issued check was a fraud. Instead of being more direct she assumed and caught an attitude after I asked a question.
