Ever since Barnes & Noble took over, this has gone downhill. The prices are higher, the staff is disorganized, and they refused to offer textbook buyback. In the Spring of '23 and again this Fall "23 they advertised the incorrect textbooks - which led to students, myself included, buying the incorrect books and having to re-order the right ones later.
