I went shopping at Wal-Mart on Black Friday & my card was hacked. I called My local TUFCU Branch to find that there was fraud on many accounts. I was never called and informed, I had to find it and report it myself. Only to be advised I had to come up to sign a paper for a new debit card because mine was being deactivated. They stated it would be 10-14 business days. Absolutely ridiculous!! Especially at Christmas time, now I'll be lucky to shop for anything I need online!!
