The Core U was a great experience. I found myself wanting to loose weight and have more energy but what I was doing was not working. With the help of The Union and the Core U group I am feeling so much better. Learning the way I should be eating and the movement to help feel my best was great. But also having other ladies feeling the same way in the group was empowering to hear their struggles and how we can all help each other.
The wellness retreat that The Union hosts is amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better way to unplug and rest! The weekend was full of .. yoga, yummy (and healthy!) food, activities, learning.. Sandy and Lesley took care of everything. I would definitely go again!
This was my second retreat . It’s an incredible experience. Loved sharing it with my daughter before she graduates college. Complete cleansing of the mind, body, spirit. Will return again next year. I felt recharged in a way that not even a vacation can accomplish.
