Love the group fitness classes they offer! There isn’t anywhere else in the area that offers this quality of yoga! If you’re looking to unwind among good company in a beautiful atmosphere, the Union is a go-to!
I was welcomed at the Wellness Boutique for the first time today to have a Reiki session with Suzzette. It was very calming and relaxing in a beautiful setting.
I thoroughly enjoy the variety of yoga classes that The Union offers with its affordable Group Fitness Membership! Everyone in the class is so very welcoming and all levels are appreciated. I also experienced my first Reiki session with Suzzette and it was amazing. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect, but she was extremely patient and understanding. I was able to experience a traditional folk healing and Reiki appointment by Suzzette and it was such an incredible experience. She incorporates culturally traditional techniques that amplify the energy work of Reiki. I had never done Reiki before and she made me feel comfortable and accepted! Would 100% recommend!
The Union (health coaching, specifically) offers the perfect balance of accountability and compassion. My coach is wise, patient, and genuinely cares. Every session leaves me feeling supported and more confident in my ability to meet my goals. The sessions are focused on health more holistically, and paired with personal training I'm feeling 100x better than I was just a few months ago.
